Return & Refund Policy

7-Day Return Window: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accompanying certificates and tags intact.

Return Process: Please email our customer care team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive detailed return instructions.

Shipping Fees & Adjustments:

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from your final refund amount.

If a partial return reduces your order total below HKD 1,500, a standard shipping fee of HKD 50 will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, simply process a standard return for your original piece and place a new order online.
