Service Coverage (Hong Kong SAR): Standard domestic delivery is available for major residential and commercial addresses across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories, as well as selected Outlying Island areas including Hong Kong International Airport (Chek Lap Kok), Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, and Hong Kong Disneyland.

Complimentary Delivery: Free domestic shipping is provided on all single orders of HK$1,500 or above.

Standard Delivery: A delivery fee of HK$50 applies to orders under HK$1,500 (calculated at checkout).

Processing & Lead Time:

In-stock items are typically processed and delivered within 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong Public Holidays).

Order processing begins after 12:00 PM HKT on the following business day once payment has cleared.

Bespoke, customized, or engraved items require approximately 3 to 4 weeks for production before dispatch.

Inventory Availability: If an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours. You may choose to wait for fulfillment or cancel the order for a full refund.

Delivery Delays & Force Majeure: Come Tai expressly disclaims liability for delays resulting from severe weather conditions, typhoons, road closures, or courier logistics disruptions beyond our direct control.

2. Online Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility: This return policy applies strictly to retail purchases made on this online store. It does not apply to trade show sales, physical exhibition orders, or bespoke wholesale transactions.

7-Day Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving your package.

Return Conditions: Items must be in brand-new, unworn condition with all original security tags, certificates, and packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject returns showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

Non-Refundable Items: Custom-made jewelry, re-sized items, engraved pieces, and clearance items are strictly final sale and non-refundable.

Return Procedure: Email info@cometai.com with your Order Confirmation Number, photos of the item, and the reason for the return.

Shipping & Costs: Return shipping and transit insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Come Tai is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 2 to 3 weeks back to your original payment method, less any applicable initial/return shipping adjustments.
